What You Are Buying
The Field Guide is a PDF delivered by download link and e-mail after purchase, licensed to you for personal study. The Question Bank is web access for one person, through a learner account that uses the purchase e-mail address, through your next two examination windows after purchase (at least twelve months), including content updates through the next revision of the public Body of Knowledge outline. Neither product may be shared, resold, or used to build a competing product.
Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, which collects and remits any sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt. Up & Adam, LLC provides the content and the service.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, e-mail adam@upandadamco.com for a full refund. Refunds are made through the original payment method.
Professional Learning Membership
When enrollment is available, membership covers library lessons marked Member. The three original pilot lessons remain free, and existing CRA Question Bank purchases are separate. The recurring price, billing interval and final total are shown before payment. Membership renews until canceled through the billing portal. A scheduled cancellation retains access through the displayed access-end date; revoked, paused or overdue subscriptions do not grant member access. A refund and cancellation of future renewal are separate actions. Your account and personal study records remain available after paid access ends. No contact hours or attendance certification are included.

CRA® and Certified Research Administrator® are certification marks of the Research Administrators Certification Council (RACC). Uniform Prep is produced independently by Up & Adam, LLC and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by RACC, Professional Testing Corporation, NCURA, or SRA International. Every question is original and written from public regulations and policy; none is taken from any examination. Using this material does not guarantee a passing score.
Privacy
We store the purchaser email returned by Polar, your answers, and your mock exam results so the service can work. We do not run advertising trackers. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Polar holds your payment details and e-mail address as merchant of record. Write to adam@upandadamco.com to have your study data deleted.
If you create a learner account, we also store your name, verified email address, a securely hashed password if you create one, sign-in sessions, and saved lesson answers and study records. Session records can include an IP address and browser information for account security. Verification and password-recovery emails are sent through our account email provider. When you sign in with the e-mail address you bought with, we link that purchase to your account by storing its Polar customer, license and benefit identifiers and its access status; we do not retain a raw purchase key. Account cookies keep you signed in. Signing out ends this browser’s account session; it does not delete your saved records.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your name, email address and profile image with Uniform Prep. We store your Google account identifier and sign-in tokens to connect that identity to your learner account. Google sign-in requests basic identity information only; it does not request access to Gmail, Drive or your other Google content. Your Google password is never shared with us.
For membership billing, we store the linked billing customer, checkout and subscription identifiers, access status and billing-period dates. We store event identifiers and integrity hashes to avoid processing the same billing event twice; we do not store payment-card details or full billing-event payloads. Polar provides checkout, payment-method management and cancellation through its customer portal.
Free Pilot Lessons and Local Study Data
The professional-learning pilot is free. Its public links and worksheets may be used for individual study and internal staff learning. Without an account, lesson answers and personal study records stay in your browser. While signed in, lesson practice and completion records are saved to your account so you can return on another device. Browser-only practice is copied into an account only when you choose Import practice. Practice again starts a new attempt; earlier account records remain saved. Clearing this site’s browser data removes local records and recovery copies, but does not delete account data. Contact adam@upandadamco.com to request account-data deletion. Lessons and mock exams can keep browser recovery copies of unsaved answers. Pilot time estimates and study records do not award contact hours or certify attendance, identity, or exam readiness. Existing key-based mock history is separate from account-based practice and is not imported automatically when you link a purchase.
