What You Are Buying

The Field Guide is a PDF delivered by download link and e-mail after purchase, licensed to you for personal study. The Question Bank is web access for one person, on up to three devices, through your next two examination windows after purchase (at least twelve months), including content updates through the next revision of the public Body of Knowledge outline. Neither product may be shared, resold, or used to build a competing product.

Merchant of Record

Purchases are processed by Polar Software, Inc. as merchant of record, which collects and remits any sales tax or VAT and issues your receipt. Up & Adam, LLC provides the content and the service.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, e-mail hello@upandadamco.com for a full refund. In addition, if you sit the examination within twelve months of buying the Question Bank and do not pass, send your score report within 30 days of the close of that testing window and we refund the Question Bank in full. Refunds are made through the original payment method.

Privacy

We store the masked form of your access key, your answers, and your mock exam results so the service can work. We do not run advertising trackers. Polar holds your payment details and e-mail address as merchant of record. Write to hello@upandadamco.com to have your study data deleted.
